Ardian is the co-founder and the CEO of BOTIX and responsible for strategic leadership and business development. He previously started and scaled different businesses, including insurance, risk management and fintech solutions, and has a deep passion for identifying, funding, managing, and building new ventures.

Naveen Margan

Naveen is the co-founder and CTO of Botix, and responsible for leading the product development, engineering and support teams, as well as defining the strategy and technical vision for product delivery.

Prior to BOTIX, Naveen was Director at Nscript where he successfully led teams and built SaaS solutions for the stock broking and fintech industry, where he led the growth of the engineering team for over 10 years, and scaling it from three developers to a 30-member distributed team supporting product development for the organization. You can generally find him doing geeky things, with his geeky friends, and when he is not being geeky, he is camping in the wilderness and loves travelling, trekking, and is an automobile enthusiast.

Gerta Gjata

Botix embraces a customer-driven growth across the organisation ensuring customer success and as a CCO Gerta takes the lead in championing customer advocacy.

Working with developers to ensure the automation solutions are built for optimal customer experience delivery, she fosters a solution driven culture for technological innovation in the forefront of a customer centric organisation.
